Please see attached MPS-ISAO Warning Report, “Aggressive Russia Scanning Targets U.S. Ports“.
BLUF: For approximately eight weeks, multiple U.S. Ports have reported aggressive scanning from IP addresses that geo locate to Russia. Even after the impacted organization blocked the IPs involved, the scanning continued.
