Free 1-Day DISC-SANS ICS Virtual Conference on May 1
You’re invited to a new, free virtual conference hosted by the SANS and Dragos teams on May 1 from 10am to 5pm EDT! Join us for a full day of presentations by instructors and staff, covering everything from ICS/OT technical insights and lessons learned, to best practices. The DISC-SANS ICS Virtual Conference will also host a NetWars capture-the-flag (CTF) developed jointly by SANS and Dragos, full of cyber defense and ICS network security challenges. The winner of the CTF will be announced at the conference, and the answers will be provided to all attendees. Attendees that register for the conference will also be invited to a special virtual ICS NetWars challenge later on. View the event agenda and register here.

EZ Tools – SANS Certified Instructor and Former FBI Agent Eric Zimmerman provides several open source command line tools that can be used in a wide variety of investigations. The NEW EZ Tools Command-Line Poster has been released and walks you through how to use the tools and streamline investigations.

APOLLO – Apple Pattern of Life Lazy Output’er (APOLLO) is a tool created by SANS Principal Instructor Sarah Edwards that extracts and correlates data from numerous databases, then organizes it to show a detailed event log of application usage, device status, and many other pattern-of-life artifacts from Apple devices.

New Virtual NetWars CTFs – Coming in April!
We’re excited to announce the launch of our new series of virtual, hands-on Capture-the-Flag (CTF) events! We’ll be delivering our new NetWars offerings on a weekly basis, now through May 31, and we have a variety of fun and engaging events suited for people across the cybersecurity community. 

Here’s the schedule of free events thus far, with more details to come for each event as well as for future offerings:

April 16-17 | NetWars Capstone 
April 23 | Mini NetWars Mission 2
